Ideal for treating a large number of people and easy to make, always a guarantee as people love both major ingredients – peanut butter and chocolate.
20 mins prep time + 4 hrs fridge time
- 100gr butter
- 250gr digestive biscuits
- 200gr soft light brown sugar
- 300gr crunchy peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 200 gr dark chocolate, melted with a little warm water
Line 20 cm square tin with baking paper. Crumb biscuits and put in large bowl. Add brown sugar and mix. Add melted butter and mix. Add peanut butter and vanilla extract and mix well, until evenly distributed. Tip into tin and press down firmly. Pour over melted chocolate (and admire!). Refrigerate until chocolate sets. Cut into squares of any size and serve.
