Greek island of Spetses? Measuring only 25 kilometers in circumference, there are no cars 
allowed on this island, only bicycles, horse carriages, motorbikes and quads!  

Known for its Venetian style captain’s houses, the island is only a 2 ½ – 3 hour drive from 
Athens and is great for families or friends wanting to holiday together. Several events such as 
a mini-marathon, triathlon and even a recreation of the Armata in 1821, take place 
throughout the year, making it very popular with the Greeks themselves.  

Full of little taverns with traditional Greek food, freshly caught fish and local produce, the 
island is also scattered with bars to entertain its youthful guests, as well as off the beaten 
path beaches for those looking for seclusion.  

We work with an exceptional villa – the ‘Captain’s House’ which dates back to 1854 and has a 
capacity of 12 – 16 guests. With 6 main bedrooms, a small plunge pool, a ping-pong table, a 
badminton court, a guesthouse, a service room and over 500 sq meters of living space, the 
house has plenty of room and activities for families and friends alike. Concierge services are
