Northern Greece

The lesser-known part of Greece has a very versatile landscape of mountains, gorges, lakes and crystal blue waters. It is rich in history and tradition, yet not visited as often (or by as many tourists) as the islands. There are over 35 different wineries to visit, even the mayor of Thessaloniki, the second largest city in Greece – has his own winery – so you know the Northern Greeks place a massive importance on their food and wine.
